School Trip to Spain: Andalusia and El Puerto de Santa Maria
Channing School Trip I – November 2019
Channing School recently made a trip to El Puerto de Santa María where they spent a few days making incredible memories with us here in Spark . The group stayed in our beautiful Spark Residence where they also took Spanish classes and participated in a variety of cultural activities. The students had the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful places in the area and spend a few days living like locals.
The school explored the wonderful city of El Puerto, visiting some of the most beautiful attractions – the castle, the beach and Torre Tavira. The school also had the opportunity to taste the wonders of the Spanish kitchen, such as the tapas, churros and paella. The group not only stayed in El Puerto but they even had the chance to visit Jerez and the Alcazar in Jerez. More excitng adventures to follow were the horse show and flamenco classes. After the long days of exciting adventures, the school gathered at the rooftop of Spark where they enjoyed a BBQs in the evening.
We had an amazing time with the Channing school and we hope that all the students and teachers had an unforgettable experience!
