Wheatley Park School trip to Spain

School Trip to Spain: Andalusia and El Puerto de Santa Maria
Wheatley Park February 2018

Wheatley Park School visited us in El Puerto de Santa María and had an unforgettable experience. The school stayed in the  Spark Residence ,participated in a variety of cultural activities and had the opportunity to visit the towns around El Puerto. Students took Spanish classes and gained knowledge that they applied in their communication with the locals.

The first activities that students participated in, on their arrival, where paella cooking and flamenco dancing. Both very important to introduce students to the Spanish culture. Students and teachers had the time to explore El Puerto and some of its signs such as the bullring and the Castillo de San Marcos. They also visited the beautiful beaches and the market where they practiced their Spanish skills. Moreover, students had the chance to travel to Cadiz by ferry, and visit its famous sights such as the watchtower and the Parque Genovés.

It was a great pleasure having Wheatley Park school with us and we hope all students and teachers had an unforgettable experience!
