School Trip to Spain: Andalusia and El Puerto de Santa Maria
Wemms School Trip – February 2020
Wemms School made a trip to El Puerto de Santa María and decided to join us here at Spark where they had an incredible time and made some unforgettable memories. The group stayed in our wonderful Spark Residence where they partook in Spanish classes and participated in a variety of cultural activities. The students also had the chance to admire the amazing views of the area, such as the sunny beaches and ancient castles.
The first evening was spent strolling down the beautiful beach in El Puerto, followed by a delicious BBQ in the Spark rooftop. The students furthermore had the opportunity to take the ferry to a neighbouring city – Cadiz where they did some shopping and ate churros. They then visited the Torre Tavira and Parque Genoves. The students also had the opportunity to enjoy some traditional Spanish dishes – tapas and paella. The students were even taught how to make the signature paella with the help of our wonderful cook here at Spark! More adventures to follow were the visit to the museum, a tour a the castle and a padel tennis lesson.
We had an amazing time with the Wemms School and we hope that the students and teachers had a lot of fun making lots of memories with us here at Spark!
