School Trip to Spain: Andalusia and El Puerto de Santa Maria
Norwich School 24th March- 28th March 2017
We were delighted to have Norwich School with us on their second school trip to Spain with us in El Puerto de Santa María this last weekend. All students stayed in our Spark residence during their time with us, and they enjoyed their various excursions and activities, as well as their Spanish classes.
We had a great time with Norwich School and their lovely teachers Miss Gillham and Miss Sandoval. The students were good at practising their Spanish and we were very please with how well behaved and polite they were, well done to all of you! They had great trips to Cadiz, Sevilla and enjoyed amazing el Puerto beaches and had fun cooking Paella and learning Flamenco dancing! We hope all the students got a chance to appreciate Spanish culture and history and most importantly had a fantastic time together.

Bueno! Pues tuvimos una gran experiencia con estos chicos y chicas de Norwich School durante su viaje escolar en españa. Hicimos muchas cosas juntos y sobre todo, ellos practicaron mucho su español que por cierto era muy bueno!
Han visitado muchos sitios y han tenido mucha exposición a la cultural española. Tenemos ganas de ver el próximo grupo de alumnos de year 8 Norwich aqui en Junio en Spark.

El grupo de estudiantes ha sido encantador y lo hemos pasado en grande. Aunque el tiempo no fue muy bueno a pesar de estas fechas y estar en Cádiz, eso no impidió pasar una gran semana: en nuestra azotea jugamos a muchos juegos en español, vimos la película Volver y aprendimos a cocinar una paella española. El resto de días visitamos Cádiz. Allí comimos churros y comprobamos porque es una ciudad milenaria. Como broche final, antes de tomar el avión, exploramos Sevilla y, cómo no, la Catedral y el Álcazar. Esperamos volverlos a ver. ¡Un abrazo!
