Study Spanish in San Jose, Costa Rica

San Jose, Costa Rica is the business center of the country. It’s educated and bi-lingual workforce make it a valuable asset for many American IT companies. Because most of the reasons people visit Costa Rica lay outside of San Jose, visitors only give the city a day or 2 to see.

Getting There: Fly into San Jose and take taxi to your school or pay small fee to have your school pick you up.

Accent: Costs Rica has some noted dialects, but the Spanish in San Jose is clean.

Navigation: San Jose is a big city and navigation could prove tricky.

Excursions/Trips: White water rafting, canopy tours and weekend trips to the Arenal Volcano and hot springs can be arranged through your school or independent travel companies all over the city.
